ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention relates to a document generating method in the network system has has an object of mutually utilizing the documents between the terminal units. Therefore, the present invention has a structure comprising a part file (4) registering the coded structural elements and generating conditions of documents, a program file (6) providing programs for generating various types of documents and a development table (8) for developing the coded generating conditions, structural elements and programs and thereby generates a document through coupling of the structural element codes and generating condition codes by developing the structural element codes and genrating condition codes for generating documents on the development table (8). - 60 -
