Neuregulin has use for prevention of restenosis arising from acute chemical or mechanical injury to vascular structure. Neuregulins may be administered arterially conjunction with other active agents to prevent/treat inflammatory conditions in.neuronal tissue in conjunction with other treatment modalities followed by administration of neuregulin intrathecally to enhance migration of stem cells from the ventricle to damaged brain tissue
