Antipsychotic compounds having formula (1), wherein Z is H or C1; Y is O or S; n is 1-4; separately, X is H or (C1-C2) alkyl adn L is R(CH2)mCO, m is 0 or 1-3, R is (C1-C6)alkyl, (C3-C7)cycloalkyl, phenyl, naphthyl, furyl, benzofuranyl, thienyl, benzothienyl, pyrrolyl, indolyl, isoindolyl or one of said groups substituted on aromatic or heteroaromatic ring with fluoro chloro, (C1-C2)alkyl or (C1-C2)alkoxy; or together L and X, in combination with the nitrogen to which they are attached, form certain cyclic imides, 4-substituted piperidines or a cyclic sulfonamide.
Composés antipsychotiques de formule (1), où Z est H ou Cl; Y est O ou S; n est 1-4; pris séparément, X est H ou un alkyle(C1-C2) et L est R(CH2)mCO; m est 0 ou 1-3, R est un groupe alkyle(C1-C6), cycloalkyle(C3-C7), phényle, naphtyle, furyle, benzofuranyle, thiényle, benzothiényle, pyrrolyle, indolyle, iso-indolyle ou l'un de ces groupes avec substitution sur les cycles aromatiques ou hétéroaromatiques par le fluor, le chlore, un alkyle (C1-C2) ou un alcoxy (C1-C2); ou L et X ensemble, forment, avec l'azote auquel ils sont liés, certains imides cycliques, des dérivés de substitution en 4 de pipéridines ou un sulfonamide cyclique.
