The invention relates to products of the formula (I) in which : one of R2, R3 and R4 is HaI or CF3 while the other two are H, HaI or alkyl and alkoxy optionally substituted by one or more HaI; R1 is H, cycloalkyl, alkyl, alkenyl or alkynyl, all optionally substituted; A is a simple bond or -CH2-CO-NR6-, with R.beta. being selected from the values of R1 ; the cycle containing Y (or (Y) cycle) being monocyclic or bicyclic and including 4 to 10 links with Y representing O, S, SO, SO2, N-R7 (the (Y) cycle may include a carbonated bridge), C=O or the dioxolanne thereof, CF2, CH-OR8, CH-NR8R9; and R7 being hydrogen, cycloalkyl, alkyl, CH2-alkenyl or CH2- alkynyl, optionally substituted; R8 is hydrogen, alkyl, cycloalkyl ou heterocycloalkyl optionally substituted. The invention relates to said products under all their isomeric forms and to their salts, as drugs essentially used as IKK inhibitors.
L'invention concerne les produits de formule (I) : dans laquelle R2, R3 et R4, représente l'un HaI ou CF3 et les deux autres, H, HaI ou alkyle et alcoxy éventuellement substitués par un ou plusieurs HaI; R1 représente H, cycloalkyle, alkyle, alkényle ou alkynyle, tous éventuellement substitués; A représente simple liaison ou -CH2-CO-NR6- avec R.beta. est choisi parmi les valeurs de R1; le cycle renfermant Y (ou cycle (Y) ) étant monocyclique ou bicyclique, constitué de 4 à 10 chaînons avec Y représente O, S, SO, SO2, N-R7 (cycle (Y) pouvant renfermant un pont carboné), C=O ou son dioxolanne, CF2, CH-OR8, CH-NR8R9; et R7 représente hydrogène, cycloalkyle, alkyle, CH2-alkényle ou CH2- alkynyle, éventuellement substitués; R8 représente hydrogène, alkyle, cycloalkyle ou hétérocycloalkyle éventuellement substitués; ces produits étant sous toutes les formes isomères et les sels, à titre de médicaments notamment comme inhibiteurs de IKK.
