The invention relates to new 3'-, 7-substituted-indirubins of formula (I) wherein R represents N-OH, N-O-alkyl or N-O-CO- alkyl, NO-(R a)n1-Het, N-O-(Y)n1-N R a R b, N- O-CO-N(R b R c), radical with Het representing an aliphatic nitrogeneous heterocycle, Y being an optionally substituted -CH2- radical, n1 being 1 to 3, and X is an halogen atom selected in the group comprising F, Cl, Br,I, and Z is H or CH3 and the salts thereof.
L'invention concerne de nouvelles indirubines substituées en 3' et 7 répondant à la formule (I), dans laquelle R représente un radical N-OH, N-O-alkyle ou N-O-CO-alkyle, NO-(R<SUB>a</SUB>)<SUB>n1</SUB>-Het, N-O-(Y)<SUB>n1</SUB>-NR<SUB>a</SUB>R<SUB>b</SUB>, N-O-CO-N(R<SUB>b</SUB>R<SUB>c</SUB>), Het représentant un hétérocycle azoté aliphatique, Y étant un radical -CH<SUB>2</SUB>- éventuellement substitué, n1 allant de 1 à 3, et X étant un atome d'halogène choisi dans le groupe comprenant F, Cl, Br et I, et Z étant H ou CH<SUB>3</SUB>. L'invention concerne également les sels desdites indirubines.
