The invention relates to compounds of the formula (I) in which: X is CO or the formula (II).noteq. R1, R4 are hydrogene, alkyl (C1-C6), aminoalkyl (C1-C6), hydroxyalkyl (C1- C6), arylalkyl (C1-C6), R2, R3 are hydrogen, alkyl (C1-C6), aminoalkyl (C1-C6), hydroxyalkyl (C1- C6), or (R1 and R2), (R3 and R4) together with the carbon atoms bearing them define a carbon-carbon bond, R5, R6 are hydrogen, alkyl (C1-C6), R7, R8, are hydrogen, alkyl (C1-C6), arylalkyl (C1-C6), alkenyl (C2-C6), alkynyl (C2-C6), a substituted alkyl (C1-C6) chain or a substituted alkynyl (C1-C6) chain, or either (R5 et R8) or (R6 et R7) together with the carbon and nitrogen atoms bearing them define an optionally substituted heterocycle with 5, 6 or 7 links, R9 is hydrogen, halogen, alkyl (Ci-C6), alkoxy (C1-C6), hydroxy, cyano, nitro, polyhalogenoalkyl (C1-C6), NR^R16, or a substituted alkyl (C1-C6) chain, n is an integer equal to 0, 1, 2, 3 or 4, R10 is hydrogen, alkyle (Ci-C6), alkenyl (C2-C6), arylalkyl (Ci-C6), polyhalogenoalkyl (Ci-C6) or a substituted alkyl (Ci-C6) chain, R11, R12 are -COOT or -CH2O-U, R13, R14 are hydrogen or alkyl (Ci-C6) or definine together with the nitrogen atom bearing them a heterocycle with 4 to 8 links, R15, R16 are hydrogen or alkyl (Ci-C6), alkenyl (C2-C6); the invention also relates to their enantiomers, diastereoisomers, N-oxides, and to their addition salts to a pharmaceutically acceptable acid or base.
