Antiparasitic of formula (I) wherein the broken line at the 22-23 position represents an optional bond and either this bond is present and R1 is absent or this bond is absent and R1 is H, OH, oxo or oximino optionally substituted by C1-C8 alkyl group, R2 is C1-C8 alkyl, C2-C8 alkenyl or C3-C8 cycloalkyl group, or a 3- to membered heterocyclic ring containing a sulphur or oxygen atom, said ring being saturated or fully or partially unsaturated and optionally by one or more C1-C4 alkyl groups or halogen atoms, R3 is H or OH, and R4 is H or a group capable of being hydrolyzed in vivo to yield a compound in which R4 is H, R5 is OH, optionally with a group capable of being hydrolyzed in vivo to yield a compound in which R5 is OH, and R6 is H or C1-C4 alkyl or R6 is H and R5 is amino, optionally substituted with at least one group selected from C1-C8 alkyl and acyl groups.
Composés antiparasitaires de formule (I) dans laquelle la ligne en pointillé au niveau de la position 22-23 représente une liaison facultative et soit cette liaison est présente et R1 est absent, soit cette liaison est absente et R1 est H, OH, oxo ou bien oximino éventuellement substitué par un groupe alkyle C1-C8, R2 est un groupe alkyle C1-C8, alcényle C2-C8 ou bien cycloalkyle C3-C8, ou encore un composé hétérocyclique de 3 à 6 chaînons contenant un atome de soufre ou d'oxygène, ledit composé étant saturé ou bien totalement ou partiellement insaturé et éventuellement substitué par un ou plusieurs groupes alkyle C1-C4 ou atomes d'halogène, R3 est H ou OH, et R4 est H ou bien un groupe susceptible d'être hydrolysé in vivo pour donner un composé dans lequel R4 est H, R5 est OH, éventuellement substitué avec un groupe susceptible d'être hydrolysé in vivo pour donner un composé dans lequel R5 est OH, et R6 est H ou bien alkyle C1-C4 ou bien R6 est H et R5 est amino, éventuellement substitué avec au moins un groupe choisi parmi des groupes acyle et alkyle C1-C8.
