The new arylacetamides are obtained by first converting appropriately substituted arylacetic acids into the acetyl chlorides and then converting theseinto the amides using the appropriate amines. The new arylacetamides can be used as active compounds in medicaments, in particular in antiatherosclerotic medicaments.

Les nouveaux arylacétamides sont obtenus en convertissant d'abord les acides arylacétiques substitués de manière appropriée en chlorures d'acétyle, puis en convertissant ces derniers en amides à l'aide des amines appropriées. Les nouveaux arylacétamides peuvent être utilisés comme ingrédients actifs dans les médicaments, en particulier dans les médicaments actifs contre l'athérosclérose.
