The present invention is directed to a method for the detection of inhibitors of nucleic-acid dependent translocases in homogeneous phase comprising the displacement of a biotin labelled oligonucleotide from its complex with avidin or streptavidin in the presence of a biotinylated dye.

L'invention concerne une méthode permettant de détecter des inhibiteurs de translocases dépendantes de l'acide nucléique dans une phase homogène. Cette méthode consiste à déplacer un oligonucléotide marqué à la biotine hors de son complexe avec l'avidine ou la streptavidine en présence d'un colorant biotinylé.
