A new concept card and a selling system and method based on a purchaser using the card are disclosed. The system includes a card system 4 which issues a new concept card for allowing a card company to identify a seller or registers or grants information to a seller, a seller system 3 or terminal 31 which allows the seller to receive the UC or information and to advertise the card or information to a purchaser and allows the purchaser to purchase merchandise, a purchaser terminal 1 which allows the purchaser to access the seller system or terminal so as to purchase merchandise or acquire the UC information and to access the card company to rapidly/accurately input the UC or seller information such that credit card approval is requested, and a bank system 2 which processes the credit car approval when the purchaser requests the credit card approval.
La présente invention concerne une carte de conception nouvelle et système et procédé de vente basée sur un acheteur utilisateur de la carte. Le système comporte un système de cartes (4) qui émet une carte de conception nouvelle pour permettre à une entreprise de cartes d'identifier un vendeur ou enregistre et donne une information à un vendeur; un système (3) ou terminal (31) de vendeur qui permet au vendeur de recevoir l'information de la carte de commerce universel (UC) ou l'information et d'annoncer la carte ou l'information à un acheteur et permet à l'acheteur d'acheter de la marchandise; un terminal d'acheteur (1) qui permet à l'acheteur d'accéder au système ou terminal de vendeur en vue de l'achat de marchandise ou d'acquérir l'information de carte UC et d'accéder à l'entreprise de cartes pour la saisie rapide/exacte de la carte UC ou l'information de vendeur de sorte que l'approbation de carte de crédit soit demandée; et un système bancaire (2) qui traite l'approbation de carte de crédit lorsque l'acheteur demande l'approbation de la carte de crédit.
