The invention relates to new derivatives of cyano-aryl (or cyanoheteroaryl)- carbonyl-piperazinyl-pyrimidines (I), wherein R1 represents an OR3 radical, wherein R3 represents a radical deriving from a saturated hydrocarbon with a linear or branched chain of 1 to 4 carbon atoms and R2 represents a phenyl radical substituted at least by a cyano radical (-C.ident.N), or a radical of a 5 or 6-membered heteroaromatic ring substituted by at least one cyano radical (-C.ident.N). The physiologically acceptable salts of said derivatives can be used in human and/or veterinary therapeutic applications as sedatives, anticonvulsivants, hypnotics and general anesthetics.
L'invention concerne des nouveaux dérivés de cyanoaryle (ou de cyanohétéroaryle)-carbonyl-piperazinyl-pyrimidines représentés par la formule (I), dans laquelle R¿1? représente un radical OR¿3?, où R¿3? représente un radical qui dérive d'un hydrocarbure saturé, à chaîne linéaire ou ramifiée, comprenant entre 1 et 4 atomes de carbone, et R2 représente un radical phényle substitué au moins par un radical cyano (-C·N), ou un radical de un noyau hétéroaromatique comprenant entre 5 et 6 éléments substitué au moins par un radical cyano (-C·N). L'invention concerne également les sels physiologiquement acceptables desdits dérivés. Ces dérivés et sels conviennent pour des applications en thérapeutique humaine et/ou vétérinaire en tant que sédatifs, anticonvulsifs, hypnotiques et anesthésiques généraux.
