A new hire processing automation system and method enables forms completion and administrative processing to be accomplished more efficiently. Within a typical medium to large-scale business, a database typically exists that includes job applicant personal data. Repetitive data from the applicant personal database is extracted, and forms stored in a form memory on a computer are cross-populated with the data. The partially-completed forms are accessed, and additional non-repetitive data is manually input to complete filling of the forms. The completed forms (with data) are then saved and stored on a computer for later use. The completed forms are then automatically routed to appropriate company departments.
