The invention relates to a new lipopolysaccaride biosurfactant, a strain of Acinetobacter calcoaceticus which produces this biosurfactant, and a process for its preparation. The biosurfactant has a high emulsifying capacity, it promotes the biodegradation of hydrocarbons in water and favours the adhesion of microorganisms to the water/oil interface.
L'invention porte sur un nouveau biosurfactant lipopolysaccharide, une souche d'Acinetobacter calcoaceticus qui produit ce biosurfactant et un procédé pour sa préparation. Grâce à sa forte capacité émulsionnante, le biosurfactant stimule la biodégradation des hydrocarbures dans l'eau et favorise l'adhésion des microorganismes à l'interface eau/huile.
