The present invention relates to the use of a peptide sequence to form oligomers, especially tetramers, of cholinesterases, said peptide sequence comprising: a peptide corresponding to SEQ ID NO: 4, wherein any one of amino acids of position 12 to position 19 of SEQ ID NO; 4 is replaced by a cysteine, any homologous sequence of said peptide, or any sequence derived from said peptide, or any fragment of one of the sequences defined above, on the condition that is possesses the property of forming oligomers of cholinesterases.
L'invention concerne l'utilisation d'une séquence de peptides afin de créer des oligomères, en particulier, des tétramères, de cholinestérases, ladite séquence de peptides comprenant: un peptide correspondant à SEQ ID NO: 4, dans laquelle tout acide aminé de la position 12 à la position 19 de SEQ ID NO: 4 est remplacé par une cystéine, toute séquence homologue dudit peptide ou toute séquence dérivée dudit peptide, ou tout fragment d'une des séquences définies ci-dessus, à condition de posséder la propriété de création d'oligomères de cholinestérases.
