The present invention provides for new peptidic and peptidoid Bradykinin B1 receptor antagonists of formula (1) having good to excellent affinities and selectivity for the BKB1 receptor, and increased resistance to enzymatic degradation, superior pharmacokinetic properties, both in vitro and in vivo, with capability to significantly prevent and treat conditions wherein BKB1Rs are induced and over-expressed.
La présente invention concerne de nouveaux antagonistes peptidiques et peptidoïdes du récepteur de la bradykinine B1, lesquels antagonistes répondent à la formule (1), ont d'excellentes affinités et sélectivité vis-à-vis du récepteur de la BKB1 et une résistance accrue à la dégradation enzymatique, des propriétés pharmacocinétiques supérieures, à la fois in vitroet in vivo, avec une capacité à prévenir et traiter de façon importante des affections où les BKB1R sont induits et surexprimés.
