The invention relates to a new process for the preparation of a vinyl- pyrrolidinone cephalosporine derivative of formula (I). The compound of formula (I), prepared according to the invention, can be used for the treatment and prophylaxis of infectious diseases, especially infectious diseases caused by bacterial pathogens in particular methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
Cette invention a trait à un nouveau procédé de production de dérivés de vinyl-pyrrolidone céphalosporine correspondant à la formule (I). Il est possible d'utiliser les composés correspondant à cette formule, produits grâce au procédé selon l'invention, pour traiter et prévenir des maladies infectieuses provoquées par des bactéries pathogènes résistant à la méthicilline, notamment Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) et Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
