There is provided pharmaceutically-acceptable acid addition salts of compounds of formula (I), wherein R1 represents C1-2 alkyl substituted by one or more fluoro substituents; R2 represents C1-2 alkyl; and n represents 0, 1 or 2, which salts are useful as prodrugs of competitive inhibitors of trypsin-like proteases, such as thrombin, and thus, in particular, in the treatment of conditions where inhibition of thrombin is required (e.g. thrombosis) or as anticoagulants.

L'invention concerne des sels d'addition acides pharmaceutiquement acceptables de composés représentés par la formule I; dans cette formule, R?1¿ représente alkyle C¿1-2? substitué par un ou plusieurs substituants fluorés; R?2¿ représente alkyle C¿1-2?; et n représente 0, 1 ou 2; ces sels sont utilisés en tant que promédicaments d'inhibiteurs compétitifs de protéases de type trypsine, telles que la thrombine et, de ce fait, ils sont particulièrement utiles pour le traitement d'affections nécessitant l'inhibition de la thrombine (par exemple, la thrombose) ou en tant qu'anticoagulants.
