This invention concerns linear, cyclic or branched polyorganosiloxanes with at least three siloxyl units per molecule, including at least one (I) formula functional unit in which: R1 stands for an alkyl radical in C1 to C4 or phenyl; X is a monovalent group containing one (or several) amines, formula (II), where R is a hydrocarbonic group, U = -0 or -NR' - with R' being H or a hydrocarbonic group, Z is a tetra alkyl group -2,2,6,6 piperidinyl, x = 0 and 1; y = 0, 1 and 2; z = 1, 2 and 3; y + z = 3; and a is 0, 1 and 2. This invention also concerns the use of similar polyorganosiloxanes in polymers to improve their photostabilization.

La présente invention concerne des polyorganosiloxanes linéaires, cycliques ou ramifiés ayant par molécule au moins trois motifs siloxyles dont au moins un motif fonctionnel de formule (I), dans laquelle: R1 représente un radical alkyle en C1 à C4 ou phényle; X est un groupe monovalent refermant une (ou plusieurs) amine(s), de formule (II), où R est un groupe hydrocarboné, U = -O- ou -NR'- avec R' étant H ou un groupe hydrocarboné, Z est un groupe tétraalkyl-2,2,6,6 pipéridinyle, x = 0 et 1; y = 0, 1 et 2; z = 1, 2 et 3; y + z = 3; et a est 0, 1 et 2.
