THE NEW SYSTEM FOR REDUCING BOD VALUE IN USED WATER ABSTRACT This invention relates to a completely new polymer for this application, that can be used alone or with an enhancer, to reduce BOD value in used water, mainly for pulp and paper industry, mining industry, municipalities, etc. This invention relates to all non ionic polyethylene oxide types. By reducing BOD value using a polymer, it is possible to obtain extraordinary results. The BOD value can be reduced by 10-60% depending on the type of polyethylene oxide and the enhancer used.
