We plan to use laser to cause animal and plant cells of an adult male or female; Ch 5% to fuse (also micro inject and/or electro pulse/chock) into an Oocyte or egg or ovule (fertilized or unfertilized) cells that have has their nucleus removed. We will try to use the laser to cause the cells to start to divide or we may use laser in conjunction with electro (pulse/shock). Once the stem cells have begun to slow or stopped proliferation we could either use laser and electro shock/pulse on the dormant stem cells or we could use laser and/or electro shock/pulse to fuse (also micro inject) the dormant stem cells (male or female Ch; 5%) into new/different eggs/oocyte/ovules with their DNA removed. We could also try PCR to fuse (possibly and/or micro inject and/or electro shock/pulse) the PCR copies of DNA into a nucleus removed oocyte/egg/ovule.
