The present invention relates to drugs consisting of unsaturated fatty amino-acid derivatives of the general formula (I), and to their pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts, in which: X is oxygen or NH, Rn are independently hydrogen or a (C 1-C 6)alkyl optionally substituted by halogen; R1 is hydrogen, fluorine, chlorine or bromine, or a CF3 or CHF2 or a (C 1-C 6)alkyl, (C 1-C 6)alkenyl or (C 1-C 6)alkynyl, optionally substituted by one or more halogen atoms; R is hydrogen or a (C 1-C 6)alkyl or (C3-C 6)cycloalkyl optionally substituted by one or more halogen atoms; Ra and Rb are independently hydrogen (C1-C 6)alkyl or (C 1-C 6)acyl, and Ra and Rb a hydrocarbonated cycle containing 4 to 6 carbon atoms; and n is an integer between 2 and 14.
La présente invention concerne, à titre de médicaments,des dérivés d amino-acides gras insaturés répondant à la Formule générale (I): ainsi que leurs sels d addition d acides pharmaceutiquement acceptables, dans laquelle: X représente un oxygène ou NH;Rn représentent indépendamment les uns des autres un hydrogène ou un (C 1-C 6)alkyle éventuellement substitué par un halogène;R 1 représente un hydrogène, fluor, chlore, ou brome, ou un CF3 ou CHF2 ou un (C 1-C6)alkyle, (C 1-C 6)alkényle ou (C1-C 6)alkynyle, éventuellement substitué par un ou plusieurs atomesd halogène;R représente un hydrogène ou un (C 1-C 6)alkyle ou (C 3-C 6)cycloalkyle,éventuellement substitué par un ou plusieurs atomesd halogène; Ra et Rb représentent indépendamment l un de l autre un hydrogène ou un (C 1-C 6)alkyle ou (C 1-C 6)acyle, Ra et Rb pouvant former ensemble un cycle hydrocarbonée comportant de 4 à 6 atomes de carbone; etn est un entier compris entre 2 et 14.
