NGF variants which have trkC-binding activity and trkC-signal inducing activity are provided. The variants optionally have trkA or trkB binding and signal induction activity. The NGF variants of the present invention are useful in the treatment of neuronal disorders. Nucleic acids and expression vectors encoding the NGF variant neurotrophins are also provided.
L'invention a trait à des variants du FCN dotés d'une activité de fixation du récepteur tyrosine kinase-C (trkC) et d'une activité de déclenchement de signal trkC. Ces variants peuvent, éventuellement, être dotés d'une activité de fixation du trkA ou du trkB et d'une activité de déclenchement de signal. Les variants de l'invention se révèlent efficaces en matière de thérapie de troubles neuronaux. Cette invention concerne également des acides nucléiques et des vecteurs d'expression codant les neurotrophines du variant du FCN.
