The invention relates to a nickel alloy which contains 20.5 to 25% molybdenum, 5 to 11.5% chromium, more than 5 to 8% iron as the main alloying elements and which has adequate resistance to corrosion, more particularly in relation to acid, low-oxygen media such as occur, for example, in smoke gas desulphurization plants, and constructional members produced therefrom.
