A niobium powder for a capacitor having a tapping density of 0.5 to 2.5 g/ml, and average particle size of 10 to 1000 ~mum, angle of repose form 10~ to 60~, the BET specific surface area from 0.5 to 40 m2/g and a plurity of pore diameter peak tops in the pore distribution, and a producing method therof; (2) a niobium sintered body, which is obtained by sintering the above niobium powder and, having a plurality of pore diameter peak tops in a range of 0.01~mum to 500~mum, preferably, the peak tops of two peaks among the plurality of pore diameter peak tops having a highest relative intensity are present in the range of 0.2 to 0.7 ~mum and in the range of 0.7 to 3 ~mum, respectively, and a produing method thereof; (3) a capacitor using the above sintered body and a producing method thereof; and (4) an electronic circuit and electronic device using the above capacitor.

L'invention concerne (1) une poudre de niobium pour un condensateur ayant une masse volumique après tassement comprise entre 0,5 et 2,5 g/ml, une granulométrie moyenne de 10 à 1000 µm, un talus naturel allant de 10· à 60·, une zone de surface spécifique BET allant de 0,5 à 40 m?2¿/g et une pluralité de pointes de crête à diamètre poreux dans la distribution poreuse, ainsi que son procédé d'obtention; (2) un corps fritté de niobium obtenu par frittage de ladite poudre et présentant une pluralité de pointes de crête dans une fourchette allant de 0,01 µm à 500 µm, les pointes de crête de deux crêtes parmi la pluralité de pointes de crête ayant la plus haute intensité relative étant présentes, de préférence, dans une fourchette allant de 0,2 à 0,7 m et de 0,7 à 3 µm, ainsi que son procédé d'obtention; (3) un condensateur utilisant ledit corps fritté et son procédé d'obtention; et (4) un circuit électronique et un dispositif électronique utilisant ledit condensateur.
