The invention relates to nitric oxide donors of the formula (I) and pharmaceutically acceptable salts or stereoiso-mers thereof : wherein A and A' are independently selected from the group consisting of H and -(X)s-Y with the proviso that at least one of A or A' is not H; wherein s is 0 or 1; X is selected from the group consisting of : -CO-, -COO-, -CONH- and -SO2- or (A); Y is straight or branched C1-C20 alkyl chain, preferably C1- C10 alkyl chain, substituted with one or two -ONO2; or C1-C6 alkylenoxy- C1-C5 alkyl wherein the alkyl group is substituted by one or two - ONO2 groups. The invention also provides novel compositions comprising at least one compound of the invention and at least one therapeutic agent.
L'invention porte sur des donneurs d'oxyde nitrique représentés par la formule (I) et sur des sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables ou stéréoisomères de ceux-ci : dans laquelle A et A' sont indépendamment choisis dans le groupe constitué par H et -(X)s-Y à la condition qu'au moins l'un de A ou A' ne soit pas H; dans laquelle s est égale à 0 ou 1; X est choisi dans le groupe constitué par : -CO-, -COO-, -CONH- et -SO2- ou (A); Y est une chaîne alkyle en C1-C20 linéaire ou ramifiée, de préférence une chaîne alkyle en C1-C10, substituée par un ou deux -ONO2; ou (alkylènoxy en C1-C6)-alkyle en C1-C5, et dans laquelée le groupe alkyle est substitué par un ou deux groupes -ONO2. L'invention porte également sur de nouvelles compositions comprenant au moins un composé de l'invention et au moins un agent thérapeutique.
