ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE NEW NITRO ALIPHATIC COMPOUNDS, PROCESS FOR PREPARATION THEREOF AND USE THEREOF Image wherein R1 is hydrogen, lower alkyl or lower alkoxy-phenyl, R2 is hydrogen or lower alkyl, R3 and R5 are each hydrogen, or together to form a bond for getting a group of the formula: Image wherein R4 and R6 are each as defined below, R4 is lower alkyl, R6 is hydrogen ol lower alkyl, R7 is hydrogen, hydroxyiminomethyl, cyano, formyl- piperazinecarbonyl, alkanoyl, esterified carboxy, lower alkyl which may have hydroxy or lower alkanoyloxy, or a group of the formula : Image wherein R8 and R9 are each hydrogen, lower alkyl which may have one or more substituents selected from carboxy, esterified carboxy, hydroxy and phenyl, or R8 and R9 are together to form piperidine ring, and R10 is hydrogen or lower alkyl which may have carboxy or esterified carboxy, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, have antithrombotic and antihypertensive activity.
