The invention refers to compounds of general formula (I) wherein the R groups are, independently, H, C1-6alkyl, aryl, CF3; Y is CH2, C=O; X is bond, C=O, SO2, or C=N-CN; m is 0, 1; n is 0, 1; A is a heterocycle, or a phenyl group optionally substituted as defined in the specification. The compounds are active on chronic pain conditions of different origin; they can be administered alone or with other drugs. Most of these compounds are new. The invention include a process to prepare said com-pounds, and pharmaceutical compositions suitable for their administration to a patient.
L'invention concerne des composés de la formule générale (I) dans laquelle les groupes R sont, indépendamment, H, C1-6 alkyle, aryle, CF3; Y est CH2, C=O; X est une liaison, C=O, SO2, ou C=N-CN; m est 0, 1; n est 0, 1; A est un hétérocycle, ou un groupe phényle facultativement substitué tel que défini dans la description. Les composés selon l'invention agissent sur les états de douleur chronique d'origines différentes; ils peuvent être administrés seuls ou avec d'autres médicaments. La plupart desdits composés sont nouveaux. L'invention se rapporte également à un procédé de préparation des composés précités, et à des compositions pharmaceutiques permettant de les administrer à un patient.
