Abstract of the Disclosure Novel thermoplastic compositions having improved heat distortion and strength characteristics are disclosed which comprise blends of: (a) a polyester-carbonate resin; and (b) at least one polymer selected from the group consisting of (i) polyamides, (ii) polyimides, (iii) polyamideimides, and (iv) mixtures thereof.
