Disclosed are: a novel compound having a xanthine oxidase inhibitory activity and an uric acid excretion promoting activity; and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound as an active ingredient. The compound is a nitrogenated heterocyclic compound represented by the general formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof: (I) wherein Y1 represents N or C(R4); Y2 represents N or C(R5); R4 and R5 independently represent an alkyl group, a hydrogen atom or the like; one of R1 and R2 represents an aryl group which may be substituted, an alkoxy group or a heterocyclic group which may be substituted, and the other of R1 and R2 represents a haloalkyl group, a cyano group, a halogen atom or the like; and R3 represents a 5-tetrazolyl group or a carboxy group.
L'invention concerne un nouveau composé possédant une activité inhibitrice de xanthine oxydase et une activité promotrice d'excrétion d'acide urique; et une composition pharmaceutique comprenant le composé en tant que principe actif. Le composé est un composé hétérocyclique azoté représenté par la formule générale suivante: (I) ou son sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable. Dans cette formule, Y1 représente N ou C(R4); Y2 représente N ou C(R5); R4 et R5 représentent indépendamment un groupe alkyle, un atome d'hydrogène ou similaire; R1 ou R2 représente un groupe aryle qui peut être substitué, un groupe alcoxy ou un groupe hétérocyclique, qui peut être substitué, un groupe alcoxy ou un groupe hétérocyclique, qui peut être substitué, et l'autre R1 et R2 représente un groupe haloalkyle, un groupe cyano, un atome halogène ou similaire; et R3 représente un groupe 5-tetrazolyle ou un groupe carboxy.
