Abstract The present invention provides a nitrogenous heterocyclic compound represented by the following general formula (1) or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof which is useful for various ischemic heart diseases and the like: Image (1) [in formula (1), ring A represents a benzene ring, a pyridine ring or a cyclohexane ring: ring B represents a pyridine ring, a pyrimidine ring or an imidazole ring, R1, R2, R3 and R4 represent each a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom or a group such as a lower alkoxy group; R5 represents a group represented by the formula -NR11R12 (wherein R11 and R12 represent each a hydrogen atom or a group such as a lower alkyl group) or the like: and R6 represents a group represented by the - 442 - formula Image (wherein R19 represents a hydrogen atom, a lower alkyl group or the like; R20, R and R22 represent each a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a hydroxyl group or the like; and r represents 0 or an integer of 1 to 8)]. - 443 -
