Case 4-12225/11191/+ NEW NITROSO-UREA DERIVATIVES AND PROCESSES FOR PRODUCING THEM Abstract of the Disclosure The present invention relates to new nitroso-urea derivatives, particularly to N1-glucofuranosid-6-yl-N3- nitroso-ureas, of the general formula I (I) Image wherein aneone of R1 + R2 and R5 represent hydrogen, op- tionally substituted alkyl, aralkyl or acyl, or R1 and R2 together also represent alkylidene or cycloalkylidene, and R6 represents optionally substituted alkyl; and to pro- cesses for producing them. The new compounds have a very good action in the case of several different forms of transplantable tumours and leukaemia, and also to some extent in the case of virus- induced leukaemia.
