A method for measuring or predicting a property of a porous material while curing, the porous material including therein a liquid which undergoes metamorphosis and which is present in the porous material in different phases during curing, the method including the steps of performing a low frequency, spin-echo nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) measurement of each phase of the liquid, and correlating the NMR measurement, or extrapolating the property, in accordance with a predetermined relationship between the property and the NMR measurement.

L'invention est une méthode utilisée pour mesurer ou prévoir une propriété d'une substance poreuse au cours du traitement de cette dernière, laquelle contient un liquide qui subit une métamorphose et qui est présent dans différentes phases au cours du traitement. La méthode comporte les opérations suivantes : mesure de chaque phase du liquide par résonnance magnétique nucléaire (RMN) basse fréquence à écho de spin et corrélation de la mesure RMN, ou extrapolation de la propriété, d'après la relation prédéterminée entre la propriété et la mesure RMN.
