In a tool for collecting pet faeces it is known to have a way of scooping up the faeces, holding it in a receptacle and then disposing of it. In this invention the segments around a circular flat top are moved in and out by rods connected to an upright cylindrical shaft via a disc, and stemmed cup which provides the collecting, holding and disposal functions.
