The present invention provides a binding molecule which is capable of binding to the human NogoA polypeptide or human NiG or human NiG-D20 or human NogoA_342-357 with a dissociation constant < 1000nM, a polynucleotide encoding such binding molecule; an expression vector comprising said polynucleotide; an expression system comprising a polynucleotide capable of producing a binding molecule; an isolated host cell which comprises an expression system as defined above; the use of such binding molecule as a pharmaceutical, especially in the treatment of nerve repair; a pharmaceutical composition comprising said binding molecule; and a method of treatment of diseases associated with nerve repair.

L'invention concerne une molécule de liaison capable de se lier au polypeptide humain NogoA ou au NiG humain ou au NiG-D20 humain ou au NogoA_342-357 humain avec une constante de dissociation < 1000nM, un polynucléotide codant une telle molécule de liaison; un vecteur d'expression comprenant ledit polynucléotide; un système d'expression comprenant un polynucléotide capable de produire une molécule de liaison; une cellule hôte isolée comprenant un système d'expression tel que défini ci-dessus; l'utilisation d'une telle molécule comme produit pharmaceutique, notamment dans le traitement de réparation nerveuse; une composition pharmaceutique renfermant la molécule de liaison; et une méthode de traitement de maladies associées à la réparation nerveuse.
