Trim disk assemblies for use in fluid flow control devices include a first disk (30) and a second disk (40) . An elongated void (34,44) is formed in a surface of each of the first disk and the second disk. The second disk is aligned with the first disk to provide fluid communication between the void of the first disk and the void of the second disk, the void of the first disk being offset or staggered from the void of the second disk. The void of the first disk and the void of the second disk at least partially define a fluid passageway (50) having a cross-sectional area characterized by increases and decreases in cross-sectional area, which define an expansion/contraction mechanism of the fluid passageway.
La présente invention concerne des ensembles de disques utilisés dans des dispositifs de contrôle d~écoulement de fluide, comprenant un premier disque (30) et un second disque (40). Un vide allongé (34, 44) est formé dans la surface de chacun du premier disque et du second disque. Le second disque est aligné avec le premier disque pour établir une communication fluide entre le vide du premier disque et le vide du second disque, le vide du premier disque étant décalé par rapport au vide du second disque.
