A non-aqueous electrolyte secondary cell that it is possible to control the irreversible capacity degradation which is caused when it is preserved under the condition of charging. The non-aqueous electrolyte secondary cell includes a positive electrode that is possible to dope and dedope lithium and a negative electrode and non-aqueous electrolyte that electrolyte is dissolved in a non-aqueous solvent.
