[PROBLEMS] A nonaqueous electrolytic solution which can be advantageously used for producing a lithium secondary battery having excellent cycle characteristics. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] In a nonaqueous electrolytic solution for lithium secondary batteries wherein an electrolyte salt is dissolved in a nonaqueous solvent, there are further added 0.01-10 weight% of a vinylene carbonate compound and 0.01-10 weight% of an alkyne compound.
