ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A non-aqueous sealant composition particularly adapted for use in the installation or sealing of fixed glass in vehicles. The composition has a thermoplastic rubber base, suitably modified by plasticizers, takifyers and a catoinic surfactant to provide a sealant system which displaces water from a wetted substrate to which it is applied, permitting it to be utilized under either wet or dry conditions.
