A non-bolt joint structure comprising a seal ring (3) for sealing between the receiving end (1a) and the inserting end (2a), a means (11) provided on the inner circumference of the receiving end (1a) and engaging with the outer circumferential surface (25) of a polyethylene pipe (2) to prevent separation of the polyethylene pipe (2) from the receiving end (1a), and a tubular metallic inner core (4) fitted to the inner circumference (26) at the inserting end (2a) of the polyethylene pipe (2) characterized in that the inner core (4) is deformed plastically and includes a first portion (40) having a longitudinal section swelling radially outward, a second portion (20) is formed along the first portion (40) of the inner core (4) such that the inserting end (2a) of the polyethylene pipe (2) swells radially outward, and the engaging means (11) engages with the outer circumferential surface (25) of the second swelling portion (20) to prevent separation of the polyethylene pipe (2).
L'invention concerne une structure d'assemblage sans boulon comprenant une bague d'étanchéité (3) pour une étanchéité entre l'extrémité de réception (1a) et l'extrémité d'insertion (2a), un moyen (11) disposé sur la circonférence interne de l'extrémité de réception (1a) et étant en prise avec la surface circonférentielle externe (25) d'un tuyau en polyéthylène (2) pour empêcher la séparation du tuyau en polyéthylène (2) de l'extrémité de réception (1a), et une partie centrale métallique interne tubulaire (4) fixée sur la circonférence interne (26) au niveau de l'extrémité d'insertion (2a) du tuyau en polyéthylène (2). Ladite structure d'assemblage sans boulon est caractérisée en ce que la partie centrale interne (4) est déformée plastiquement et comprend une première partie (40) ayant une section longitudinale gonflant radialement vers l'extérieur, une seconde partie (20) qui est formée le long de la première partie (40) de la partie centrale interne (4) de telle sorte que l'extrémité d'insertion (2a) du tuyau en polyéthylène (2) gonfle radialement vers l'extérieur et le moyen de mise en prise (11) vient en prise avec la surface circonférentielle externe (25) de la seconde partie gonflée (20) pour empêcher la séparation du tuyau en polyéthylène (2).
