The purpose and intent of this invention is to make possible GENERATION OF UNIDIRECTIONALLY ACTING INERTIA REACTIVE FORCE that can be used to build an apparatus overcoming the effects of GRAVITY as long as PRIME MOVER-ENERGY is conducted APPROPRIATELY INTO such apparatus, wherein appropriate COUNTER-TO-EACH-OTHER-ROTATIVE-PAIRS of such FORCE GENERATORS are suitably installed in suitable number as well as in suitable orientation forming now the Propulsion Means for a new type of transport vehicle such as an alternative to airplanes, helicopters, spaceships, etc. wherein which essentially such INERTIA-REACTIVE FORCES are GENERATED by having special and suitable heavy FLUID ( for example special oil or oilbase lorry or liquid Metal i.e. Sodium or HG ) loaded in special partial rotary frame accellerated PLACEMENT wherein which such special suitable FLUID is specially loaded and kept confined during accellerated DEFLECTION PORTION CYCLE REVOLVEMENT in ONGOING MANNER.
