This invention provides a computer case that can be filled with non-conductive oil with high heat capacity for the purpose of cooling computer parts without cooling fans. All computer parts excepting hard drive and optical drive with moving parts are submerged in oil in a completely sealed case provided in this invention. Hard drive and optical drive are installed on the exterior of main unit, one of three major component parts of the case. Advantageously, hard drive is installed on specially designed hard drive holder in the form of a heat sink, one side of which is in direct contact with the oil in the sealed case, which cools the heat produced by the hard drive. The opposite side of a heat sink installed on the bottom of the case, which protrudes into the case and comes in direct contact with the oil, cools the temperature of the oil naturally by absorbing and dissipating heat. The addition of low-noise cooling fan installed in the centre of the heat sink speeds up the cooling process.
