Provided is a non-contact IC card communication controller of a simple configuration which can easily be manufactured at a reasonable cost. The non-contact IC card communication controller (100) includes: a copper plate frame (101) having a cut-off portion (20); and a copper plate piece (30a) which arbitrarily closes the cut-off portion (20). When the controller (100) is arranged so as to be overlapped with a non-contact IC card, the copper plate frame (101) and a coil antenna built in the non-contact IC card are partially or entirely overlapped. If the cut-ff portion (20) is in the open state, it is possible to read information recorded on the non-contact IC card. If the cut-off portion (20) is in the closed state, it is impossible to read the information recorded on the non-contact IC card.
L'invention concerne un contrôleur de communication de carte à circuits intégrés sans contact d'une configuration simple qui peut être fabriqué facilement à un coût raisonnable. Le contrôleur de communication de carte à circuits intégrés sans contact (100) comprend : un cadre de plaque de cuivre (101) ayant une partie sectionnée (20) ; et une pièce de plaque de cuivre (30a) qui ferme arbitrairement la partie sectionnée (20). Lorsque le contrôleur (100) est agencé de manière à être recouvert par une carte à circuits intégrés sans contact, le cadre de plaque de cuivre (101) et une antenne à cadre encastrée dans la carte à circuits intégrés sans contact sont recouverts totalement ou partiellement. Si la partie sectionnée (20) se trouve dans l'état ouvert, il est possible de lire des informations enregistrées sur la carte à circuits intégrés sans contact. Si la partie sectionnée (20) se trouve dans l'état fermé, il est impossible de lire les informations enregistrées sur la carte à circuits intégrés sans contact.
