A method of detecting the production of an analyte by cells in a sample, which method comprises: (i) providing an antibody capable of binding to said analyte and a first agent capable of enhancing detection of said analyte, wherein said antibody and said first agent are immobilised on the same support; (ii) contacting said antibody and said agent with a sample of cells; and (iii) detecting binding of said analyte to said antibody thereby detecting the production of an analyte by cells in a sample.

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de détecter la production d'un analyte par des cellules dans un échantillon et consistant: (i) à utiliser un anticorps capable de se lier à l'analyte et un premier agent capable d'améliorer la détection de l'analyte, l'anticorps et le premier agent étant immobilisés sur le même support; (ii) à mettre en contact l'anticorps et l'agent avec un échantillon de cellules; et (iii) à détecter la liaison de l'analyte à l'anticorps, de manière à détecter ainsi la production d'un analyte par des cellules dans un échantillon.
