The invention relates to a non-invasive, prenatal, in-vitro method for detecting the normal healthy condition, the condition of a healthy carrier or the condition of a carrier inflicted with cystic fibrosis, from the fetal cell(s) from a maternal sample, comprising the DNA of an individual to be tested. The invention also relates to oligonucleotide primers and to their use within the scope of a non-invasive, prenatal, in-vitro method for detecting the condition of a healthy carrier or of a carrier inflicted with cystic fibrosis.
La présente invention est relative à une méthode de détection, non invasive, prénatale in vitro de l'état sain normal, de l'état de porteur sain ou de l'état de porteur malade de la mucoviscidose, à partir de cellule (s) foetale (s) issues d'un échantillon maternel, comprenant l'ADN à tester d'un individu. L'invention porte également sur des amorces oligonucléotidiques et sur leur utilisation dans le cadre d'une méthode de détection, non invasive, prénatale in vitro de l'état de porteur sain ou de porteur malade de la mucoviscidose .
