The present invention relates to an aqueous liposomal dispersion of phospholipids comprising: (a) one or more .alpha.-hydroxycarboxylic acids, one or more .alpha.-ketocarboxylic acids, or salicyclic acid or mixtures therefrom and (b) one or more alcohols, said dispersion having a physiological pH value in the range from 5 to 7.5 and said acids being present nearly completely in salt form. The liposomal dispersion is nonirritant and has a beneficial effect on the skin.

L'invention concerne une dispersion aux liposomes aqueuse de phospholipides comprenant: (a) un ou plusieurs acides .alpha.-hydroxycarboxyliques, un ou plusieurs acides .alpha.-cétocarboxyliques, ou de l'acide salicylique, ou des mélanges de ces acides, ainsi que (b) un ou plusieurs alcools, cette dispersion possédant un pH physiologique compris entre 5 et 7,5, et les acides présents dans celle-ci étant pratiquement tous sous forme de sels. Cette dispersion aux liposomes n'est pas irritante et possède des effets bénéfiques pour la peau.
