-12- ABSTRACT It has been found that a dry floor shake material used to harden the surface of industrial floors can be made non oxidizing while improving the qualities of color stability and light reflectance by dry blending approximately 40 to 90% by weight of a finely ground non-oxidizing ferrosilicon alloy, approximately 10 to 60% by weight of a hydraulic cement, approximately 1% by weight of a set accelerator, and approximately 1% by weight of a plasticizing agent together for application to a plastic concrete floor slab prior to final set.
