A non-power type of hairs of the nostrils cutter according to the present invention includes: a first folding portion which is made by folding a steel plate having a good degree of elasticity and strength, on a center portion in a downward direction thereof; handling parting portions which are formed to be opposite to each other centering around the first folding portion; second and third folding portions which are formed on the upper portions of the handling parting portions; a cutting ring having a hole which is formed to be integrated with the second folding portion of the one handling parting portion; and a circular cutting plate which is formed to be integrated with the third folding portion of the other handling parting portion and is passed through the hole.

Cette invention concerne un dispositif sans moteur permettant de couper les poils du nez, lequel comprend les éléments suivants: une première partie pliante qui est obtenue en pliant une plaque d'acier ayant une bonne élasticité et une bonne résistance sur une partie centrale et vers le bas de celle-ci; des parties poignées s'éloignant l'une de l'autre qui se font face et qui sont centrées autour de la première partie pliante; une deuxième et une troisième parties pliantes qui sont formées sur les parties supérieures des parties poignées susmentionnées; un anneau de coupe comportant un trou qui vient s'intégrer à la seconde partie pliante d'une partie poignée; et enfin, une plaque de coupe circulaire qui vient s'intégrer à la troisième partie pliante de l'autre partie poignée, et qui passe dans le trou.
