A non-pressurized liquid supply system is provided for supplying a liquid, such as water, to a plurality of liquid treatment units. Pipes in an outflow stage split liquid flow from an inflow stage, possibly via at least one intermediate stage. The inflow stage and outflow stage have substantially equivalent cross-sectional areas, and the outflow stage has at least two pipes in order to split the flow to the plurality of liquid treatment units in order to achieve more effective treatment of the liquid. The inflow stage and outflow stage co-operate to maintain substantially constant liquid flow throughout the non-pressurized liquid supply system. The system preferably includes a flow-splitting horizontal manifold. The non-pressurized liquid supply system can be, for example, a drainwater system, a waste water system, or a chemical process system.

Cette invention se rapporte à un système non pressurisé d'alimentation en liquide, qui sert à acheminer un liquide, par exemple de l'eau, vers plusieurs unités de traitement du liquide. A cet effet, des conduits dans un étage d'écoulement sortant divisent l'écoulement de liquide provenant d'un étage d'écoulement entrant, éventuellement via au moins un étage intermédiaire. L'étage d'écoulement entrant et l'étage d'écoulement sortant possèdent des surfaces de section transversale essentiellement équivalentes, et l'étage d'écoulement sortant comporte au moins deux conduits qui divisent l'écoulement dirigé vers les unités de traitement de liquides, afin d'atteindre un traitement plus efficace du liquide. L'étage d'écoulement entrant et l'étage d'écoulement sortant coopèrent pour maintenir un écoulement de liquide essentiellement constant dans tout le système non pressurisé d'alimentation en liquide. Ce système contient de préférence un collecteur horizontale de division de l'écoulement. Ce système non pressurisé d'alimentation en liquide peut être par exemple un système de vidange d'eau, un système d'eaux usées ou un système de traitement chimique.
