ABSTRACT This invention is related to an improved,non-refillable and inviolable cap for bottles and other similar containers, featured by a combination of the following components: a valve-seat designed to be hermetically coupled to the container's mouth,same which encompasses a valve-seat flexible flange,a hollow bottom,a guiding, central-vertical projection,and a vertical,annular retention-member, with an interlocking-surface on one end;a valve formed by an elongate body with a central,vertical cavity on its lower end,which loosely receives the vertical projection of the seat;and a conical sealing- wall that surrounds the body and rests upon the valve-seat flange;an externally-threaded spout including an internal interlocking-surface, which cooperates with the interlocking-surface of the seat's reten tion-member,an external,intermediate and downward-oriented interlocking-surface;a plurality of protuberances (legs),all with external interlocking- surfaces on their lower ends;and an internal,central ring pending from the upper wall,aimed to guide and retain the valve when this is open;a fastening-tube with a plurality of relatively flexible withholding-flaps passing through the protuberances of the spout and interlocking against the brim of the container's neck,so as_ to hamper it from sliding upwards;an internal interlocking-surface which clogs with the spout-protuberances' interlocking-surfaces, in order to hinder it from sliding downwards;upper interlocking- surfaces clogging directly or indirectly with the intermediate - interlocking-surface of the spout;and a plurality of vertical -- ribs which cooperate with the flange of the ccntainer's neck,thus preventing this to revolve around the container;and an internally- threaded cap towards the spout,including a central pivot pending from its upper wall,which penetrates through the upper hollowness of the valve,so as to push and retain the valve,sealing it against the flexible flange of the seat;a portion.of annular lapping -en tirely united to the cap by means of a plurality of breakable - reticula-,same which has an interlocking-surface in a manner that allows it to be directly retained by the intermediate interlocking- surface of the spout or by the upper interlocking-surface of the tube,from its upper end and by the upper end of the tube,from its lower end;all of which features provide the non-refillable nature to the container,due to the position of the spout,valve and seat; as well as the characteristics of inviolability,owing to the inter fastening of the cap's lapping,the tube and spout and the breakable reticula which hold the cap.
