A tube clamp having first and second opposed jaws (1012, 1014) joined by a hinge (1016), the jaws (1012, 1014) movable between open and closed positions, the tube clamp adapted to attach to a flexible plastic tube (1024) so that the tube (1024) passes between the jaws (1012, 1014), whereby the flow of fluid through the tube (1024) is permitted when the jaws are open but is blocked when the jaws are brought together to the closed position to pinch closed the tube there-between, and locking means (1048,1036,1042) to effect substantially permanent and irreversible locking of the jaws (1012, 1014) in the closed position.

L'invention concerne une pince pour tube, comportant des premier et deuxième mors opposés (1012, 1014) joints par une articulation (1016), les mors (1012, 1014) étant mobiles entre des positions ouverte et fermée, la pince pour tube étant conçue pour se fixer à un tube en plastique souple (1024) de façon à ce que le tube (1024) passe entre les mors (1012, 1014) en laissant ainsi s'écouler un fluide à travers le tube (1024) lorsque les mors sont ouverts mais en bloquant le fluide lorsque les mors sont amenés dans la position fermée et ferment le tube en le pinçant. La pince pour tube de l'invention comporte également des moyens de blocage (1048, 1036, 1042) servant à bloquer de façon sensiblement permanente et irréversible les mors (1012, 1014) dans la position fermée.
